Who is responsible
Pump the Fuel Distribution operates this website. For questions about personal information, email support@pumpthefuel.com with the subject “Privacy request”. This policy describes the website implementation and its order-request and inquiry services.
Information you provide
A contact inquiry asks for your name, email, topic and message. A wholesale inquiry also asks for your company, selected product and estimated quantity. Provide only information needed for your business inquiry; do not send banking credentials or sensitive identification through these forms.
Information created by the website
When you use the inquiry service, a session cookie supports request validation. The service uses a keyed hash of your IP address for short-term abuse controls. The hosting provider may separately process request logs under its security and retention practices.
Why information is used
Inquiry details let the business respond to your question. Order-request details allow review of products, delivery, payment preference and fulfillment requirements. Security records help limit spam, duplicate submissions and abuse. The website does not automatically add you to a marketing list. Information supplied for a request is not used to create an advertising profile by this implementation.
Order requests and payments
An inquiry does not establish an accepted order. Commercial terms and any later payment arrangements are confirmed separately. The website does not collect payment card information or banking credentials.
Storage and access
The supplied request service encrypts stored inquiry and order details in a private directory outside the public website folder. Access is limited through the hosting account and a command-line management tool. Submissions are also sent to our business inbox with the contact information, message and relevant order or wholesale details needed to respond. Our email provider processes and stores these messages; authorized business staff can access them. Encryption keys must be kept separate from public website files. These controls reduce risk but do not guarantee that every security incident can be prevented.
Sharing and service providers
Website hosting and business email providers support operation of the service. If an order is accepted, the business may need to share the details necessary for delivery with a carrier and the details necessary for payment administration with its banking provider. Contact us if you need information about the service providers involved in your request. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with a valid legal requirement or protect against fraud. The current implementation contains no advertising network or data-broker integration.
Retention
We retain request information for as long as needed to respond, administer an order, resolve a dispute or meet applicable obligations. Website records, business email and backups may have different retention periods. Contact us to request deletion; we will explain if information must be retained. Records needed for an accepted order, tax obligations or a dispute may require a separate documented business retention period.
Your choices and requests
You may browse without sending a form. Clear site data in your browser to remove your session cookie. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, use the Contact Us form and choose Privacy request. Include a request reference if available, but do not send identity documents unless a secure verification process has been separately agreed. The business may need to verify that you are entitled to the information and assess any retention obligations. Applicable rights depend on your location and the circumstances.
Cookies, analytics and external links
This implementation uses essential session functionality. A local preference remembers when you dismiss the WhatsApp invitation for seven days. Selecting its WhatsApp link opens an external service subject to that service’s privacy practices. It does not include analytics, advertising pixels or a marketing-cookie service. External manufacturer and product references are ordinary links; visiting them subjects you to those sites’ practices. If new tracking or service integrations are added, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before they are enabled.
Children and updates
The website’s purchasing and inquiry services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Contact the business if you believe a child has supplied personal information so it can be reviewed. Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Wholesale accounts and business documents
When you apply for a wholesale account, we collect your contact and company details, business resale or tax-exemption number, certificate, billing and shipping addresses, and optional store URL. We use this information to review business eligibility, operate your account and respond to sourcing requests. Passwords are stored as hashes; application details and documents are encrypted in private server storage. Verification and password-reset emails are transactional messages. Optional marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn by contacting support@pumpthefuel.com.
Account access uses an essential session cookie. Sessions expire after inactivity. You can request correction or deletion of account data by contacting support; records required for completed transactions or legal obligations may need to be retained. Documents are available only through restricted business administration, not public website links.
